In order to meet the needs of the lithium battery industry, high-power, high-speed centrifugal spray dryers have become an urgent need.

Under the premise of this device principle, the permanent magnet and high-pressure air are organically combined to generate strong radial and axial thrust, so that the spindle is completely suspended in the set space, and then the electromagnetic field drives the spindle to rotate, completely changing the traditional The mechanically designed transmission structure enables the spindle to work stably at ultra-high speeds. Designing a large-flow, high-speed centrifugal spray drying unit first requires a high-speed, high-power motor. At present, the motor speed we design is between 2000-35000 rpm.
